 The Golden Rules of GIBMA

1-25 Golden Rules of GIBMA Rules for Mind Gardening

The GIBMA rule # 1 is goal setting. Unless you set your goals, disaster is your destination. .

The GIBMA rule # 2 is pursuing goal with the principle of input process output IPO Formula. The input in you is the output by you. Double check your words seeds before planting it as it grows into a tree and bears fruit and sow only the seed you want to harvest.

The GIBMA rule # 3 is pursuing goals with storing the right information and train the brain. Brain acts like a processor of the computer.

The GIBMA rule # 4 is pursuing goals with mind gardening to integrate the mind and the body to a specific goal. Mind can help you instruct brain to do the right things and form a habit.

The GIBMA rule # 5 is taking immediate action, no more procrastination, just do it now and repetition, repetition and repetition until it becomes your habit.

The GIBMA rule # 6 is, take action to be ready instead of waiting until you are ready to take action. Transform awareness into preparedness.

The GIBMA rule # 7 is always keep your self-improvement mode on. A 1% improvement a day will make you 100% better in 100 days.

The GIBMA rule # 8 is freedom on public roads means, as far as your self-control goes as far goes your freedom.

The GIBMA rule # 9 is, be a part of solution, if you are not a part of solution, you are a part of problem.

The GIBMA rule # 10 is that your words are so powerful and they can create or they can destroy. So choose your words wisely and must be on the basis of principles of science of psychology and be a master of self-control in an out of control world.

The GIBMA rule # 11 is, practice gratitude meditation and make it your habit.

The GIBMA rule # 12 is Advice after injury is like a medicine after death because it is least heeded when most needed.

The GIBMA rule # 13 is Audit your mind garden and keep removing weeds and become ethical mind gardener.

The GIBMA rule # 14 is that you reap much more than you have sown and that is the law of sowing and reaping.

The GIBMA rule # 15 is that even death cannot touch the crop in the walled garden of the mind and you take your crop to your next life which is called sacraments.

The GIBMA rule # 16 is that your unconscious mind will pop up thoughts and drag you in a pit again and again which is harmful to you and you will be trapped in self-deception without your knowledge. So carefully check and convince your unconscious mind repeatedly about the harmfulness where it is dragging you and must say it your mind that you enjoy struggle because it increases strength. The synonym of Life is Struggle and not comfort.

The GIBMA rule # 17 is that if someone said unpleasant or negative thing we remember that in place of good thing. Thus in our mind garden we grow negativity and weeds. stand like a guard at the door of you mind garden and avoid sowing negativity and worries because you become what you have sown in your mind garden.

The GIBMA rule # 18 is that any plant can be sown and grown on the land and similarly, any words seed can be sown and grown in the garden of our mind as well. What we plant in our mind garden we become that and this has been proven by science.

The GIBMA rule # 19 is that no matter if we don't plant any seeds in the mind garden, the never-ending negative thoughts are sowing weeds in our minds and we need to root out them from time to time.

The GIBMA rule # 20 is that  choose the right project for mind gardening and start mind gardening now and take control of your mind, so long our mind is controlling us.

The GIBMA rule # 21 is that become what you choose to plant in the garden of your mind. Through the cultivation of the mind garden using GIBMA Kriya you can get health, wealth, peace & prosperity.

The GIBMA rule # 22 is that  our words are our seeds and we can change our world by changing our words. Words are powerful than atom bombs so handle them carefully.

The GIBMA rule # 23 is that we speak what we are and we become what we speak. We get what we sow and we become what we serve.

The GIBMA rule # 24 is that the seeds we sow are the fruits we grow. Stop observing the mind of others, observe your own mind. We are upset with our assumption that others are thinking negative for us and which is 95% wrong assumption and this is causative of mind wandering.

The GIBMA rule # 25 is that the words seeds become thought is sprout, when thought becomes action it is called plant, when action becomes habit it is called grown up tree and when habit becomes behavior it is called fruit. Happy Mind Gardening
