Rock bottom became the solid foundation to rebuilt life - THRIVE IN 2022

Q1. Tell us about you and how did you started your career?

 I Harish Kumar,  wanted to join Indian Army but 3 times I got rejected in running. In addition I was  running behind a girl and I joined her computer institution where she was learning computer skills. I didn't join computer classes to learn but to befriend that girl.   Day night I used to dream about that girl and I failed to befriend as she got married and I even failed to learn computer skill. Most people  focus on what they lack instead of improving what they already have. They failed to identify what exactly they need, what exactly they are doing, where more energy is going and where the more energy is needed and do not enhance their potential to its fullest extent.  The same mistake I committed and failed to improve my efficiency and identify my improvement area on time so as to maximize my potential, which led to a major setback

Q2. How did you handle this setback?

I joined a consumer goods distributor company and my job profile was making approach to shops/retailers and seeks orders for consumer goods. I got married to another girl but I am struggling for money. I that job I was not able to perform well because of the high competition and I was concerned about overcoming this challenge. Then I quit that job and borrowed money from my relatives and started a shop by investing around Rs. 12.5 Lakh. I run that shop for 2 years and was not able to generate revenue to pay the rent Rs. forty thousand and under compelled circumstances I closed that shop because I can not afford more loss and no back up to support. The reason is very less customers were coming and i was not finding a good solution how to attract more customers. It was a major set back and falling to a deep bottom level of life. I have to maintain family and I should do something to earn. Then i joined security agency and positioned as security guard on the monthly salary of Rs. 10,500. I was earning monthly income but I thought what would be my career whole life will I be a security guard and no scope of improvement.

Q3. Life is full of challenges and how did you manage to face & fight?

Luckily I got the opportunity of 10K magic tree of blessing and money to Thrive in 2022 and I said yes to this offer because in this job I have to sell road safety solution which is a need of every road users. I was motivated to join after understanding the fact how China has become global leader and the secret behind its success is maximum population involved in selling business within the china and they established their selling factory worldwide. In India the selling business is considered as low grade job and this negative perception towards selling business must be changed to PRIDE & POWER.  If we want to beat China, then we should encourage every Indian to get involved in selling products / services / concept. and we be biggest winner. I joined on part time basis with a goal of Double Diamond Dare. Best thing that encouraged me is the digital product and its price Rs. 100/- and above all it is a verified solution to a common problem aimed to achieve 360 degree reversal to road accident deaths in India by 2030. I strongly believe the product is very good and I speak with full confidence, full energy and add my emotions to make it more impressive. I have set my body into auto effort mode in place of auto comfort mode becuase this is the only way to grow in life.

Q4. How do you see the common problem of road safety and the verified solution ?

The verified solution is constituted for the continuous improvement of four very important sources or tools of every human being. Everyone must be a part of the solution to end daily road carnage, and those who are not part of the solution are part of the problem, which nobody wants to be. The Action Implementation Movement - AIM transforming insights into reality which is the signature initiative of Mother India Care for the self improvement. Every road user must join this AIM and take action right now and subscribe for the 5F Matrix to rewrite destiny and be a master of self control in an out of control world. People must understand that they are only responsible for their inner world and outerworld as well. They should learn how to drive human body and then learn how to drive metal body. If road users are improving themselves then they are only going to get the benefit and if they are not improving themselves then they are only going to suffer. I have understood the main point that if I am improving myself then I will only benefit, and if I am not improving myself then I will only suffer. 

Q5. How did you adapt yourself to this new work task & environment?

During a course of training I was given a challenge to read a life making lengthy script and complete it within two days, otherwise i would not be able to complete the diamond dare within two years. Initially I found reading long scripts a tedious task, but I managed to complete it by reading part by part and understood the whole concept in 1 days time. I  learned how to make an approach to initiate interaction with people for enrollment as well as solution Selling. While approaching for enrollment I faced challenges few people use to react with negative comments on the basis of their bad experience or rumors. The reason for the negative reactance can be for their own flaws or the flaws in few MLM companies. People are fed up with some of the MLM companies wherein the new member registration with starter kit purchasing is the never ending process and which is the main source for revenue generation. Majority of the people are not buying their overpriced products. People were duped by showing tempting dreams of becoming rich overnight and they invested a sum of Rs. 10000/- to buy starter kit  I used to ask them to write down a list of availble opportunities and do the comparison and consciously do the comparison and think which opportunity is the best. Then you tell me and I will arrange the enrolment provided availbility is there because limited seats are availble state wise and in some states it is on waiting list. When I show them the below comparison chart then they understand and clear their misperception and joined in my downline on my proposal. So learning is very important and one must be open for learning then it is easy to adapt in new environment

Some people will do the wrong assumption that I am going to be in my downline and I will be earning from his/her efforts. The organization is giving team shared payout equally divided among the team members, here team members means with the efforts of upline and downline whole team members will be getting equally divided team shared payout apart from the individual performance payout so as to maintain a team spirit & support. This is the wonderful policy of the organization. Usually, people come up with their own ideas which should be avoided since the organization has been following the tried and true method and adopted the best ideas. So we should follow the guidelines of the organization in place of wasting time in developing own ideas.

Q6. How did you start the solution selling work task and how is your experience?

I started approaching people by introducing my self as Future Changemaker and I am selling road safety solution to end road carnage which is just of Rs. 100/-, be a part of the solution. People respond positively and few people react and say they don't require it sell it to those who require I am aware of everything and have experience of many years made me perfect. When we claim we know everything we close the window of self-improvement and 97% people claim others for daily road accident deaths and which are on rise. They are also coming forward when I say "Self-improvement is infinite and perfection is unattainable' and buy subscription.  I do follow up on regular basis and I never postpone my this work task, I sacrifice my food to meet the road users. The challenges were faced and learned how to overcome and become stronger through them. For my connection building I am following the formula of C+C+C= O . Commitment+Concentration+Consistency = Outcome. For my personality grooming I am following the formula of S.A.V.E.R.S. S=Silence (Practice for 10 minute when get up), A=Affirmation (Do affirmation I am an extraordinary & super genius person), V=Visualize (Visualize your goal, diamond dare & 10K Magic Tree), E-Exercise (Daily exercise for 20 minute), R=Reading (Read wisdom scripts and books ) and S=Scribing (Write down your daily achievements). I am maintaining my vision board which I have placed in a highly visible area of my house.

Q7. What was your first payout you received and how much are you receiving now?. 

First month I received the payout of Rs. 3900/- and the month I received the payout of Rs. 9200/- I quit the job and started working on full time and my last month payout was Rs. 32700/-.as an individual and Rs. 970 as team shared payout. I enrolled 10 members in my downline and created whatsup group of 11 members, including one my upline leader including me. Daily we interact twice a day with a good morning and share the daily action plan and share the daily experience in the evening. I have set my individual target of touching Rs. 35000/ for the next month payout. I started repaying the loan I borrowed from my relatives.

Q8. How do you contact and approach people and managing your time?

 I approach resident societies, corporate and education institution for group selling apart from the individual. First day I approached to 5 people and then next day 10 people and slowly and steadily I increased. Now daily I approach 150 number of new people, thru social media and in person by visiting public places by changing area and also by train traveling presentation which is the best way to make approach new people and make network. People are showing interest and buying solution. I compete with my self by doing more next day than today, even if I fall sick I don’t settle with less than what is my daily target. I don't waste my time in attending wedding ceremony, watching TV, watching facebook reels, entertainment and social assemblage. I have set my body on auto effort mode in place of auto comfort mode. I don't spend time I invest time for selling solution. Everyday I celebrate my achievement and I self-congratulate which are my source of entertainment and joyous moment. I want to put my whole energy and focus in building my career for a golden chance of 2 year tenure. Had I got selected for Indian army I would have to get the training for 2 years or even for more time.  I found here I have the scope to make approach more number of people. As opposed to waiting for customers in the shop, I make efforts to approach people. My hesitation is gone my communication skill is improved, and if i put more efforts with more energy focus I earn more. Lot more people know me what I am and I feel dignified.

Q9. What is the price range that people are showing more interest ?

More people are buying general subscript of Rs. 100/- and few are buying Deluxe Subscription and some people buy premium subscription of Rs. 500/- and no one has purchased premium plus subscription of Rs. 1000/-.and I have strong belief that I will be able to sell this also. I am eligible for a domestic tour which I have not yet taken because I want to achieve my individual goal before I enjoy tours with my family.

Q10. Do you want to say about your career journey ?

If we look for the negative aspects in the proposed actions then it will hold us back and that proposed action will not give any result to you. The person who look for the positive aspects in the proposed action then it will inspire you to take action immediately and your actions will give you the results.  What a human can be, that must be. Earlier my focus energy was wasted to impress a girl and became Romeo, now my focus and energy is to complete double diamond and feeling proud with the title of Future Changemaker and looking for the day to get Vatan Ka Heera Award. After doing that i will be trying for another double diamond dare and I have strong feeling that organization will allow me. I salute this work and I have scope of improvement by doing more, more efforts means more monthly money and more passive income. I am thankful to my upline leader, Mother India Care and also to God for showing me the right path at the right time. I found the right place to unleash my full potential to live with dignity.

Q11. What was your source of inspiration for the connection building?

I did not enhance my running efficiency, by approaching the maximum number of people, I am increasing my connectivity efficiency. The number of people who know me has increased from a few hundred to many thousand over time, adding value to my career life and also enhancing the amount of monthly passive income.  I learnt from whatsapp owners who tried to seek a job in facebook and got rejected and set up the whatsapp company and sold that whatsapp company to facebook for USD 19 billion (in cash and equity), they are now the partners of facebook. That is the power of connections, your network is your net worth.

Q12. How do compare your work task with other work?

I failed to join army, and now I am putting my maximum energy in this work assignment. I salute to my current work assignment of 2 yeas as the Future Changemaker, i feel it is far better than the new scheme of Agniveer appointments because the 2 Years hard core training followed by 2 more years of retirement with no pension, just one time gratuity of Rs. 11 Lakh that also by way of deduction from salary. Here also I feel the sense of my individual contribution to nation and after 2 years I will be getting passive income for my lifetime which is on revenue sharing basis. Now at my present work I strongly feel the sense of connectivity, activity, dignity, identity and prosperity. When I receive team shared payout that gives me a sense of working in team spirit and team support.

Q13. How do you feel working with an NGO ?

When we work with an NGO we are working for a common good, working for a purpose which is for the improvement and growth of the society. If we work for a company then the maximum money will be diverted for the growth of the owners of the company. I have developed the skills of being independent and leading an unscripted life because I am the boss of my daily activities, preparing my daily action plan and reporting to myself. The payout I receive is a result of my efforts, giving me a strong sense of self-dependency. The more efforts I put in, the more connections I build, the more income I receive. My sense of team spirit & support is enhanced when I receive team shared payout every month.

Q14. What is your future plan ?

I will restart my business that I closed. That time I was not having enough connections in my area locality and now i am building connections. Now people know me and with the power of network I am rebuilding a solid foundation which is a must for every person to upgrade career..

Q15. Any message if you wish to convey to people?

If you failed to marry the one you loved, love the one you married. I failed to join Indian Army because I failed to improve my efficiency in running and my maximum focus energy was going on that girl.  The big lesson I learned from this failure is that No. 1. - we must consciously check the energy leakage, where the energy is flowing if it is not going where it is needed most, then divert it in the right direction. Avoid negative imaginations such as I can't do this, this is not possible, or it is not going to happen, because you will be wasting your energy fighting your own thoughts and that will limit your success.  People who say no or show hesitation in taking action steps later regret why they said no, while those who say yes learn how to achieve and take action and focus on the actions that produce results. No. 2 - Do only positive visualization and be willing to take action steps to see the closeness to the reality with every step taken. No. 3 - Prefer effort over comfort because constant efforts are the only way to enhance your capability to its fullest extent. Technology is giving us more comfort and comfort is lowering our work efficiency. Most of the people are working on their 15% work efficiency and we can develop it to its maximum extent provided we get the right opportunity and right place. Lastly I would like to say salute your work then you no need to salute anybody. If you pollute your work then you have to salute everybody.
