The video above shows that the clapping can be prevented from hitting by and between the two hands. The road crash can be prevented by and between the two parties. Attempts to get a slap on the joined hands can be avoided, but if you don't make attempt to prevent and if you wait to be slapped, you will get slapped. Road users tend to blame and hold others responsible for road crashes while both parties are responsible for preventing and provoking road crashes. True prevention is not waiting for a crash to happen, but preventing crashes from happening in the first place. Remember that when the disaster strikes the time for preparation has already passed. Taking action to prevent disaster is humane and waiting for the disaster to occur then take action is inhumane. By failing to prepare we are preparing to fail. Road crashes can be prevented with as much certainty as they can be provoked, and we who fail to prevent them are to be blamed for the dead. When it comes to privacy and accountability, people always demand the privacy for themselves and the accountability for everyone else. Accountability feels like an attack when we are unwilling to acknowledge how our behavior on the roads harms others. At the end of the day, we are accountable for ourselves because our safety is a result of our actions and behavior on the roads. Do you want to join an accountability group or a victimity group?
