Referendum 2025 is an initiative of Mother India Care for a direct vote where voters express their opinion on a solution to a problem they have been referred to for a direct yes or no decision and, after obtaining the required number of votes, approach the government to make the solution a law.

Various scientists across the world have stated that behavioral errors are responsible for 92% road crashes, and we have to work on the factors that responsible to make errors. Means they will continue to make mistakes and the issue of behavioral errors remained unresolved. This means that they will continue to make mistakes and the issue of behavioural errors remains unresolved. If a problem remains unresolved it means that either the root cause could not be found, or the solution to the root cause could not be found, or the solution has not been implemented.

It is easy to find the fault but difficult to find the solution.  After years of hard work, scientists and researchers at Mother India Care (MIC) have succeeded in developing a revolutionary solution to the root cause of behavioral errors, which is a blend of science and spirituality. Unless the revolutionary solution is implemented, we have to keep increasing emergency services.

We conduct vehicle emission test, but not behavior emission test, whereas human behavioral errors are responsible for the daily road crashes. MIC has designed a unique multi-methodology module (11X11 Matrix), for behavioral emission testing (BET) to ensure fairness and better accuracy. In the BET, road users barely get 300 marks, but after inner world training they get more than 900 marks.  The initiative is designed to achieve vision 100% sustainable safe road travel for all in India by 2030 and globally by 2035, or even sooner.

BET is advantageous to all road users and disadvantageous to vested interests. Right now MIC is the only organization who has introduced BET for road users in the world, and soon the world will follow. All road users will be identified and classified into the three categories listed below. 

Non-offenders : Road users who never violate road traffic rules.

Offenders        :   Road users who ever violated road traffic rules,

Defaulters       :   Road users who ever violated road traffic rules and not yet paid the road traffic fine.

In accordance with the above categories of road users, MIC provides education in the inner world with specialization in sustainable road safety. MIC also provide ranking to all road users and also to road safety guardians and also preparing impact report of the activity undertaken by the key stakeholders. MIC is the only organization in the world that addresses the A2Z essentials of road safety sustainability. MIC has also started cognitive engineering program (CEP) a scientifically proven revolutionary solution to establish desired stable behavior in road safety sustainability.
