Daily road fatalities is a global problem and we are living with this problem. Either you solve the problem or leave the problem but don't live with the problem. If you can't leave the problem then solve the problem at any cost. If we keep doing what we have always done we will keep getting what we have always got. Vision without action is an illusion. Action without vision is a confusion. We emphasise both to achieve Vision 100% sustainable safe road travel for all in India by 2030. When we are divided and dying then let us unite to address A2Z essential aspects of sustainable road safety. The first and foremost essential aspect is Road Users Census and classify road users and road safety guardians and bring them in accountability loop.

Breaking a blame loop—a cycle of finger-pointing and defensiveness—and replacing it with an accountability loop requires shifting from a reactive "who did this?" mindset to a proactive "what can we learn and fix?" approach.

Understand the both Loops 

The Blame (victim) Loop: A reactive, ego-protecting cycle often featuring > Denying > Blaming > Rationalizing > Resisting > Seperating > Hiding

The Accountability Loop : A proactive, growth oriented cycle : recognizing > Owning > Forgiving > Self-examining > Learning > Uniting > Taking Action

By shifting the focus from "Who did it?" to "What can we learn?", we replace a culture of fear and victimity with a culture of ownership and accountability, turning mistakes into opportunities for growth

Individual Road User: Any person of any age age group who is using roads in the capacity of pedestrian, passenger, cyclist, motorcyclist, driver of private, commercial vehicles is called as an individual road user. The Individual Road User Census is building a base and the more road users participate, the stronger the base will be. The primary purpose of the road users census is to Identifying Levels of knowledge, Levels of Actions, Levels of Outcomes by all road users to maintain a whole new level of sustainable road safety. Participate and define yourself else you will be defined by others.

Road Safety Guardians: Parents, road safety educator, any person, whether he / she is the head of any spiritual, private, social or government organization or institution of all sectors in India is the guardian of road safety, should take the responsibility to encourage road users in their family, network, association, institution, organization and entity to participate in the individual road users census and help us to prepare National Road Safety Atlas, a reliable data source in road safety by shifting all stakeholders of road safety from blame loop to Accountability Loop through census.

The government says behavioural deficits is the major cause of road crashes, and road users say infrastructure deficits is the major cause of road crashes. Let us close this blame loop and start accountability loop for advancing road safety sustainability. The Road User Census (RUC) is a comprehensive initiative designed to register, classify and analyse the knowledge, actions and outcomes of all road users and road safety guardians serving as a critical data source for stakeholders to improve road safety. We issue road user registration RUR No. to all road users and maintain in our data bank. The approach focuses on the "human in the loop" to address the 92% of road crashes caused by behavioral errors, aiming for 100% safe arrivals. 

The initiative also shifts the responsibility from the individual road user to the entire system. The project is designed to address A2Z essential aspects of sustainable road safety to achieve Vision 100% sustainable safe road travel for all in India by 2030. The success of this national movement can be measured by the number of people are supporting it. The initiative promotes a "shared responsibility" model, where both individual users and government agencies work together based on accurate data to ensure safety. 

 When food is not becoming blood it means physical illness, if knowledge is not becoming action means mental illness. Consumption of forbidden food spoils the digestive system and consumption of forbidden data spoils the memory system. Our team of spiritual scientists have developed a revolutionary solutions for the global issue of deaths caused by daily road traffic. The first and foremost solution is road users census to bring all road users on the same page to foster a culture of conscious community. We have to unite to end daily road carnage just like we did during the pandemic, otherwise we will continue to die prematurely.

Time to check knowledge level and action level of all road users and issue advisory to upgrade knowledge and develop backup and accountability loop. Road Users Census is designed for all road safety stakeholders (individual road user and road safety guardians) to categorize their level of knowledge (basic road safety skills, advanced road safety skills and Inner World Strategic Specialisation ) and their actions status (non-offender, offenders and defaulters) respectively.

Various scientists across the world have stated that human Behavioral errors are responsible for 92% of road crashes. Global community is engages in condicting awareness campaigns for behaviour change. They are  focusing on its the never-ending effects not it's root causes. If we are not addressing the root cause then we have to keep increasing the size of emergency services. There are two main causes of behavioural errors, number one is the most commonly preferred blame cycle and the lack of attention backup. Road users cannot pay full attention but they can develop attention backup to fill the attention gap.

Road users think they manage cognitive situation intelligently but the manage it reactively and accidently. Road users are passing 100% responsibility of crash prevention on others without ensuring their mindfulness. If others are in mindfulness state they prevent the road crash and if others are in mindlessness state they fail to prevent road crashes and we blame others for road crashes and we become victims and will remain victims.  Thus we have to build attention back up and accountability loop and take 100% responsibility for 100% safe arrivals. 

Road users are divided and dying. We have to unite to end the daily road traffic carnage the way we did during the pandemic otherwise we will continue to die in prematurelly. Unification, accountability and empathy is the solution. All for one and one for ALL. United we stand and divided we FALL. "Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth". Leaders should set models for accountability loop to break the blame loop.
